2nd appointment with the Modesto branch of Charles Schwab, both with Madeline McCarthy. I'm a novice at best. She set up all the accounts we needed and started the transfer process. It went very smoothly. Today she walked us through the web site and was a big help in showing my wife and I how to make trades. Emails answered quickly and appointments kept on time.
