Terrible customer service.
I dropped off paperwork to open Custodial Roth accounts for my daughters at this branch location. I thought it would be nice to see a Schwab Branch in person, and I thought it might be easier and faster to open the account in person. There were two gentleman sitting at what looked like a folding table with laptops in front of them. They said they could not open the account there, but they could take the applications and forward them. I gave them the applications and left. Fast forward a week later. I went in to change some information and transfer some accounts. Wasn't busy. The staff was very helpful getting everything setup. Even found some new features I didn't know about that will be a big help. The followup phone call was well timed to ask a couple questions that had thought of during that time. Took far less time than I expected.
