I dropped off paperwork to open Custodial Roth accounts for my daughters at this branch location. I thought it would be nice to see a Schwab Branch in person, and I thought it might be easier and faster to open the account in person. There were two gentleman sitting at what looked like a folding table with laptops in front of them. I went in to change some information and transfer some accounts. Wasn't busy. The staff was very helpful getting everything setup. Even found some new features I didn't know about that will be a big help. The followup phone call was well timed to ask a couple questions that had thought of during that time. Took far less time than I expected.

After numerous calls, finally got an appt. regarding an international account. The Schwab rep. was 15 min late and then showed up to say they couldn’t help and concocted some rubbish excuse. This firm is completely unreliable. Moving my assets somewhere else.
