They off full financial services. I was there at their bank.
When I visited this branch on Hendersonville Rd., I was surprised from the moment I walked through the front door. The employees were dismissive and not the least hospitable. An off feeling from the start. After actually meeting and talking with Ravin Patel, I left that office with a firm realization that this branch is the most sordid, unprofessional institutions I have encountered. Exceptionally juvenile and unpolished.
I could barely get ahold of my first financial planner, then he retired. My husband and I met with the new financial planner, we spent an hour with him and sent him all our info. Then he ghosted us, we never heard from him again. It's been three weeks now, I can't even get anyone to answer the front desk phone. I've had my investments at Charles Schwab for four years, what a joke.
Stopped in to speak with someone about moving a couple of my accounts to the South Asheville Charles Schwab location so I would have a local investor to work with. Staff were very unhelpful and not courteous at all. Offered me a "tablet" to sit in the lobby and create my own account and then I would need to transfer my own accounts. I left and will take this $500,000 to Edward Jones. They at least care about you and will work for you and your money!
