These people are impossible to get ahold of. If i dont hear anything by the end of the week im pulling my entire portfolio. I even went in and was basically brushed off and acted like i was inconveniencing them coming in without an appointment. I drove an hour.
They made a retirement transfers simple and offered a lot of advice/education while I was stopping in.
My only involvement with the Asheville office was to deposit a check and have a chat about local services. Months later, some things were done. Note, 1) ) No one should look into your Schwab account(s) and contact you to solicit business without your permission, especially when he is not your Financial Consultant. 2) You do not have to have a Financial Consultant, and certainly not one without your permission, knowledge
Unable to log into app now for an hour and 25 minutes. Jeez.
