Having interacted with other outstanding Schwab offices for decades, this location is uniquely unprofessional and unhelpful. They seem to have some unknown narrow mission, which may or may not be useful to a client. Even keeping an established, documented appointment was not possible for them.

The service was good with the clerk I spoke to, who answered my questions and easily deposited my 401k rollover check.

Closed my roth with no explanation. No one can do their job there. They know absolutely nothing about retirement accounts. Do not trust these people to do their jobs because you will have too high of expectations and you will be let down.

I needed help rolling over an existing account to a new IRA. Scheduled an appointment with David Vance and he was extremely helpful guiding me through the paperwork and other requirements. David was obviously very knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly to deal with. Thank you David and the rest of the Charles Schwab staff!
