I was told specifically by the small business department who I spoke to on the phone to go into the branch and ask for a specific form. The employee at this branch questioned me about what I was told several times and was insisting that I should be able to accomplish what I need to accomplish online even though I explained that I already tried it with the representative who I spoke with on the phone. The staff at this branch makes a lot of assumptions about who you are and what you are worth....
Not sure what the employees think their job is. Customer service? Went to ask some simple questions about their services and the energy and tude was, don't bother me. Dismissive stink eye with some 18 year old at the counter snickering. Schwab, you can do better. Scrap this crew and start anew. I really want to use your services.
