The staff at this branch makes a lot of assumptions about who you are and what you are worth....
Not sure what the employees think their job is. Customer service? Went to ask some simple questions about their services and the energy and tude was, don't bother me. Dismissive stink eye with some 18 year old at the counter snickering. Schwab, you can do better. Scrap this crew and start anew. I really want to use your services.
I was able to get my needs met efficiently, courteous staff.
I have an account with Schwab and I love the company. I just referred 3 new customers for them. The Novato office visit was not what I expected.
