Back to security question/ password. Still lock out of account. Money is going to be removed next working day. Onward to a company with customer service locally!!! 🙄🙄🙄
They have tricky security questions that gets you locked out of your account. That way they can keep your money longer. Complete scumbag people.
Schwab service is the worst I have ever experienced. Numerous calls and transfers to people who were clueless. No one called back from their retirement services after a 3 hour callback commitment. Will finish my transaction and moving all accounts out of there.
Went in this morning for a quick deposit. The person at the front desk was busy but another associate saw me waiting and came right out of his office and went above and beyond to help me. Went back to his office, grabbed his laptop and promptly assisted me. Very professional, courteous and helpful. Exactly what you want out of a financial professional. Vlad was a fine example of the team at Charles Schwab, Indian Wells. Ask for him when you set up an appointment!
