I want to personally thank Novaughn Miller at the uws branch who not only went above and beyond to help is open an acct for a new Notforprofit but also went above and beyond to figure out why a check that was 'deposited' somehow ended up in the wrong account and then made numerous calls to Resolve it quickly and correctly. He is diligent intelligent and a pleasure to Work with.

I want to personally say Thank You to Monica Haile who sometimes works at the Schwab location on the Upper West Side on Broadway (when she’s not at the Flatiron location) for her 100% above and beyond customer service. I was in the stressful process of buying a home and both times I had the pleasure of working with Monica. Monica was so friendly, professional, helpful and patient with me and she went out of her way to help me. Monica is a valuable asset to Schwab and her service is exemplary! Thank you Monica!

Their front desk receptionist was cold and not friendly. She had not said a word of please, thank you or any form of greeting. The financial advisor was nice and professional. I went to them because they have offices. I will try out their services. I hope they can do better.
