We've been working with Christopher Boyd at the Tucson foothills location for years. He is low-key, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He doesn't try to upsell any products or services but can refer us to other services when we need them. We are happy with the service that we've received from the office, also.
Went to open a IRA to go along with my other accounts. They started to do it at the front desk with my info for everyone to hear and see. I asked to go to a office and was taken to what appeared to be the lunch room and was told they would bring me a laptop and I could do it myself. I thought the guy was joking, but no he was serious. He said that is the way they do it. My husband and I went into the Tucson office of Charles Schwab last week to attach some Canadian stocks we own to our account. Joseph Conto and Emma Anderson, both client relationship specialists, were incredibly helpful. Mr. Conto and Ms. Anderson are both very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the next steps to us.
Needed assistance performing some account maintenance. Received good customer service. Friendly environment. Took one star off only because it would have been better not to be required to make an office visit.
Update: The office and its advisors are working hard to meet their clients' needs. Not sure how or why the change, but I am loving the service. Review feom 2 years ago..................Today I went to a session regarding the use of options with my account. The session itself was ok. Before leaving I asked to meet with a Schwab representative to set up the ability to trade options through Schwab directly.
