This branch needs new management, new staff or both. I recently went into the branch to get four documents notarized. Upon entering, I identified myself as owning multiple Schwab accounts. The customer rep at the front desk went to a back office and returned a few minutes later and stated they could only notarize Schwab documents. Pressing the issue further, the notary (Emma Anderson) who had turned down my request, stated that she was concerned she would make a mistake notarizing a simple Power of Attorney form. Really? Don’t bank here. Deposit the same company check every single week. Sometimes they give it all instantly. Sometimes a couple bucks like $2-$3 on a $700 check. Or nothing and leave you high and dry for days.
Wow Just read the last review and I laughed. I experience technical issues on the daily at Work, Government sites. Vendors, and then there are the other financial houses of avantax and fidelity......Internet in any organization has issues.... But what I really want is to give the Tucson staff (Daniel and Rich) and the entire office an A+. They have been the consummate professionals. I have had a complex estate to untangle and divide.
