No customer service or confusing and misleading customer services.
I moved my account from this branch TODAY because of the Office Manager! I could not move it fast enough! I called Schwab Corporate to complain! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
This location probably being Newport Beach only caters to the rich. When you visit the branch there is absolutely no customer service. The lady at the front desk says they are a wealth management branch and anything one formerly could do is done online.
