Really thankful for William and Sam at the front desk! My visits have always been so warm, polite, friendly, and helpful. Also appreciative of how Sam could've allowed another insistent gentleman to skip me in line, but always made sure I was helped first, even if the gentleman had a bit of an attitude. William and Sam have made what could've been a confusing process so much more pleasant.
My rating is for how Sam Neri was able to solve an administrative and technical deadlock that my account suffered. No one at CS was able to solve it (online or by phone). He stepped in and made sure it was solved until everything worked. A+ for this client relationship specialist.
Excellent customer service both days I visited this week. Makes me pleased to know I chose CS as my brokerage house.
