Accounts unwilling part of multiple brokerage M&As, erased all my statement history, gave inaccurate tax docs. Went to talk with an adviser because I am ready to retire, he told me I should start day trading. Featureless services, the only thing they do is herd you into Schwab branded investments. Their platform locks up on the most volatile days you will not be able to execute trades. Incomprehensible - Dont go here if you can avoid it.
I hope this is the correct location…. I had some issues with my log in. I called and got blessed with having Vanessa answering my call. Most patient, kind helpful person ever. Walked me through the trouble shooting and got my issue resolved professionally and kindly.
Everything was great! Andrew helped us set up our joint account and made the process smooth and straightforward. He was knowledgeable, patient with our questions, and took the time to explain all our options.
You will leave with a headache. Do not ask ANY questions people. They will plead the fifth or tell you their Internet is down. No. You are not crazy. If you want to add your female spouse to the account you will have to come up with a textbook of documents. Good Luck.
