I needed help getting some documents from my old TD Ameritrade account that I closed before they were bought by Schwab, and had no way to access the files on my own. Called Schwab customer support and was helped by Ieshia in St. Louis, and after she verified my identity and all that she was able to help me find exactly what I needed. Super friendly, professional, and knew their systems really well. If all their employees are like her I'll be glad to keep investing with them. 😄👍

We were looking to open an account with a 200k initial investment with 3-5k monthly contributions. We had a "get to know you" call with Hope, but we left with very little direction on which account would be right for us. There was some confusing terminology during the account setup process and emails for help went 2 days without reply.
