I've been a Schwab customer for 30 years. The customer service online and in office has become a joke. It's sad and disappointing.
Absolute scam, one of the lady’s at the front desk were crazy rude and impolite
Worst ever service. Most difficult when you want to move your money out from there. Chat service would be disconnected.
