Charles Schwab does have excellent customer service, better than I have ever experienced anywhere at any business.. However, they let me open a Roth IRA which generally has no fees and therefore they don't really make any money off me. Most of my holdings sit and I just add to it but one of them I would buy and sell semi frequently as it was crypto related..
