Always great service. Money transfers and withdrawals always secure and easy. Tax forms are perfect.
Even something as simple as a withdrawal is impossible for Charles Schwab.
Went there with my mother yesterday to transfer her IRAs...one service person was on a phone call, they lost our appointment, and then wanted us to complete the forms with no help. We went to Fidelity, where they were extremely helpful. Avoid Schwab at all costs.
Charles Schwab is very bad company ! It need to be closed.
