Schwab cashed two fraudulent checks from our checking account. This check was stolen from a USPS mailbox directly outside the post office. This check had the same number and was cashed in the same large amounts on two consecutive days by two different people. Schwab did not flag it. I discovered the fraud myself. Schwab told me they'd replace the money within 3-5 business days. I was referred to the fraud department and was told it would be 60-90 days. Last year my wife tried to set up an appointment and no one ever responded. Same problem again this year. Terrible customer service and it appears they don’t want our money.

Hello - Investment Representative Zack Swad was fantastic! He spent a full 2 1/2 hours asking me the right questions, reconfirming what he thought I meant, & recommending but not overly directing my decisions.
