BEWARE SLUMLORD!!!!!!!He has property all over The apartments he rents he has no regards for the well being of ANY/ALL OF HIS TENDANT'S he fixes barely anything especially things that should take presidency like, water damage, plumbing problems or electrical issues. He most definitely hides behinds his staff as he does nothing and the staff will give you the runaround. Do not rent from him or his company he is horrible

Not happy with Charles Rim. I own a small business and he was very unfair with me by not paying his bill and hiding behind his employee.
