THE RUDEST from the moment i picked up the phone. HUGE ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON. Got mad I asked him to repeat himself when he was far away from the phone mic..? UNACCEPTABLE when he himself is in customer service and I doubt he would have liked to be spoken to in the manner he spoke to me in.
I just got done dealing with this man on the phone and I have never in my life dealt with someone so disrespectful. My brother did his taxes back in December with this man and never revived the refund. My brother is an active military member stationed in Hawaii and has called this person for months trying to get an answer. I went to do his 2021 taxes and could not file them because it said the taxes for 2020 were never filed. Mr Ray and his son were a fun couple of guys and made the motion of doing my taxes almost enjoyable. We had pleasant conversation while he entered all my information. He helped me and my family get a great refund. I just moved to Royse City and I’m glad to have met Mr Ray. I definitely use him next year and anytime I need some accounting work done. Thank you Mr Ray for meeting me late on a Saturday.
