Terrible person who inflated hours worked. Charged over 9k to file petition basically, had to fire him and hire another attorney to finish case.
When I was trying to get help with a Restraining Order, Charles Horner agreed to wait until I had the finances available to proceed with my case. When I finally had the funds available, I was no longer able to reach him by phone and email and never returned my calls and messages. No thanks for your help.
