This is a truly wonderful place to live right in the heart of Penticton despite the sometimes inconsistent, unreliable management that sometimes follows through, sometimes doesn't. The community of multigenerational seniors is very welcoming and Sue Game, the activity coordinator is absolutely superb in her role. The three receptionists, Myrna, Tara and Dawn are also friendly and knowledgeable. I recently toured Charles Manor. This is a wonderful community. Very modern, friendly staff/residents and great atmosphere!
My mother has not been the easiest to deal with but if it wasn't for GM Jesse and staff I really don't know where she would be. Thank you for all you do!
