Recently I had the experience of working with Mr Rush and his law firm regarding a settlement that proved to be approached with professionalism, class and experience. This settlement was quite the process as yes, it did take some time but I was ALWAYS involved and notified accordingly. We were pleased with the upmost professional manner in the way he handled all of our the questions and put us at such ease during this time of distress for our family. Stole our money and then made an excuse to let us go before trial, bad business
Not a good experience. After my initial inquiry I received a call back immediately, made an appointment...appointment was canceled by lawyer. Tried to rescheduled...talked to whoever handled the phones. First time when she couldn't answer questions and was being rather rude she said I wound need to talk to Mr. Rush. I agreed. Never got a phone call. Called back, spoke with her again, never got a call back.
