The Receptionist Carol is very rude and lack telephone etiquette, My company handles a lot of files with the Attorney Brynes, and she wouldn’t let me leave a message and and stated she had someone else on the other line and Attorney Byrnes is not available and rudely hung up..will never do business with this law firm in the future !
