I had a deeply disappointing experience with Poliero Appraisers. The appraiser completely **ignored my rebuttal letter** regarding a questionable low valuation on a commercial listing. This lack of response put a deal — and my relationship with my client — at serious risk. They also sent over an invoice which was $500 ABOVE what we had agreed to originally (this was cleared up but still representative of the negative experience).
