I had a deeply disappointing experience with Poliero Appraisers. The appraiser completely **ignored my rebuttal letter** regarding a questionable low valuation on a commercial listing. This lack of response put a deal — and my relationship with my client — at serious risk. They also sent over an invoice which was $500 ABOVE what we had agreed to originally (this was cleared up but still representative of the negative experience). They were willing and able to go beyond to make sure my needs were met and were willing to work within the scope of what was required.
