Wish this review was better as it looks like Charles is normally quite helpful and was in the beginning. After working with Charles for nearly a month, being told everything was a go, paying out of pocket for an appraisal some bumps in the road were hit with my credit. While that is all fine and dandy and somewhat expected, no communication at all for the last several weeks was not ok.
