As a PRN agency nurse that has been recently working here from time to time, I can attest to the superb staff. The nursing staff is very detailed oriented & truly take care of the residents as if they are their own family. Other staff such as dietary, housekeeping are not here just to do their job & collect a check, but rather here to do their job thoroughly and proudly. My father was a resident there and he actually physically improved once he moved in. He received exceptional care and nutritious meals. He was very happy there, made friend and enjoyed himself socially. The support the staff extends to the family is amazing as well. If I could give this gem in New Harmony 10 stars, I would. I can’t thank them enough for the high quality of care my loved one received while he was a resident with them. I am forever grateful to this wonderful organization.

I had the opportunity to take a tour through Charles Ford Retirement Home and I was so impressed! This place is not like the regular rest homes you see. This is a very lovely place, unique rooms with top of the line features! I recommend for you to consider Charles Ford before any other options. Once you see inside and what is offered to the residents you will not look any further for your loved one!
