I’ve worked with Charles Engineering for over 20 years now , they are consistent, courteous, caring, and always professional. They set the bar very for the other aerospace manufacturing companies.
DON'T APPLY FOR A JOB WITH THEM- It be a waste of time they train u for 2 days and then let u go and won't give u a reason. They play favorites there and the manager is rude and they will lie to your face. FRIENDLY THAT A LIE. I wish I never applied there it wasn't even worth it. Rate be 0 if I could cause they not even worth 1. IT NOT THAT GREAT THERE . NO WONDER THEY CAN'T KEEP PEOPLE. OH and they will Lie to your face .
