Charles was 10/10! We were so glad to have him by our side when securing our first home. Charles is a kind, gentle, humble, available and knowledgable man. Any question he had a slight hesitation on, he researched within a business day and resolved all my questions and concerns throughout the WHOLE mortgage AND closing process. He really sought the best for us, by negotiating with every option available to get us the best price and deal. It felt like having a father help us purchase our first home.
