Not responsive and frankly rude.
They didn't notify me that my tax filing was REJECTED (because they entered the wrong employer code due to their TYPO) until I found out my previous filing is not available on IRS.gov I sent them my W2s for a simple tax filing. After taking me hundreds of $$, they couldn't even do a simple copy & paste right! What's worse is they NEVER notified me that my filing was REJECTED because of their typo!
