I love this service. Charlie is a great guy and provides exemplary service. He is always on time, always gets me to my destination on time, and provides great conversation. His rates are very reasonable. I use his service for airport transport, and he has never failed to exceed expectations. #veteran

I believe in shout outs when I receive good service and rarely if ever take to social media to report bad service but what we experienced last night is really beyond comprehension. Normally we rely on family and friends for trips to the airport but we had a very early departure and a very late arrival so we asked for recommendations for a livery service and several friends recommended Charles B Livery.. the reservation process was easy and the communication was good.
