I was very pleased with Charles’s tax service. He very efficient and knowledgeable in completing my taxes. Also, he very pleasant. I would highly recommend him.
Trae is up to speed on today's tax laws, changes, allowances, etc. He is timely and extremely easy to correspond with. He allows me to ask all the questions about things I have read, seen, etc. 10/10 will use him every year for the rest of my life :)

Spoke with Charles — provided all of the information he requested— and then never heard from him again. I tried to contact via phone, email, left voicemail— has never returned a call or email since he initially agreed to help me. Very poor communication and professionalism. It takes literally seconds to return an email or phone call
