My sister had a horrible experience with Charles a few weeks ago so I am writing to advise all to go somewhere else. Making sure someone is on your side is very important and we don’t guarantee that with him.
I suggest that you guys choose a different accountant. This man is an absolutely horrible human being. Just wants your money and doesn’t care about anything else. I regret ever coming here and you will too! Trust me go somewhere else.
