Absolutely useless. Don’t waste your time dealing with these individuals as they are completely incompetent and useless. They will likely not be able to help you and will string you along until it’s time and then put you into a position of hardship to try and then find a replacement. One that is competent and capable. If I could give a negative star I would. Thanks for nothing!
