we had roller blinds fitted today by 2 lovely guys it took 3 weeks from start to getting them delivered and fitted brilliant service guys were very tidy and took lots of time to fit the blinds excellent job thanks charisma blinds

When I was looking to buy blinds, Charisma were recommended to me by a friend. They hadn't purchased anything, but said the customer service was amazing. I phoned to book an appointment, they came out a couple of days later to measure up and recommended getting an extra blind to avail of an offer. Ps they were great value for money. The blinds were ordered and arrived after a few days. When they went to be fitted there were a couple of issues however they were resolved without any drama. Would buy from them again.
Terrible. Avoid at all costs! These blinds were not fitted properly and took money of an elderly lady for an unfinished product. After contacting customer service they were extremely rude and tried to talk me down. As a tradesperson I can confirm these people are out to take your money.
