When I was looking to buy blinds, Charisma were recommended to me by a friend. They hadn't purchased anything, but said the customer service was amazing. I phoned to book an appointment, they came out a couple of days later to measure up and recommended getting an extra blind to avail of an offer. Ps they were great value for money. The blinds were ordered and arrived after a few days. When they went to be fitted there were a couple of issues however they were resolved without any drama. Would buy from them again.
Terrible. Avoid at all costs! These blinds were not fitted properly and took money of an elderly lady for an unfinished product. After contacting customer service they were extremely rude and tried to talk me down. As a tradesperson I can confirm these people are out to take your money.
I used Charisma Blinds when I moved into my last house 7 years ago and was impressed enough to go to them again when I moved again recently. The measurer and fitters were friendly, quick and proficient, in fact the fitters have just left and I now have 6 lovely new verticals and 1 roller. Once again I'm well pleased with the result.
