Absolutely terrible experience with this broker. Chariot Logistics is hands down one of the most disorganized and unreliable companies I’ve ever dealt with. We were explicitly told this was a FCFS load from 8AM to 8PM—no appointment was ever mentioned during booking. Then suddenly, when our driver shows up, we’re told it was supposed to ship the day before? That’s not just miscommunication, that’s outright incompetence. We covered a load for them , accounting department will not answer phones or email . After no of phone calls and emails notices. We got payment after a month of due date . I’ll not recommend them.
