WARNING TO OTHER CARRIERS This brokerage illegally deducted $250 from our payment, claiming our driver did not use their tracking app — which is false. Our driver was using the Turvo app, and we even confirmed the correct app with them in writing before the trip. Did not like much about them they also deny to pay the detention on our load when we had an appt. but still we had to wait for 8 trucks to get offload for our turn.

Had no issues with these guys as a Broker. All the info was clear and correct. They even changed my appointment for an earlier time when I asked to. Will be glad to work them in future!
