We really like the food but service was shocking. My number was 46 and by the time I left this store number on display was 53. Order of 6 positions. I do recognise young people need to learn but perhaps not at dinner time?
Ordered on the Chargrill Charlie’s app tonight and meal was due for pickup at 6.35pm. Busy night but they somehow lost the order. Charged my card fine but then had to harass the staff for my order. Whilst the food is good it’s truly not worth the wait or the attitude.
Unfortunately had to wait an hour and 15 min for an online order, whilst people who had ordered after us got their order before us!! love ittttttt
