This time, when I went to pick up my order, a middle-aged female staff member tossed my bag onto the table. I felt very uncomfortable and thought it was impolite. Since I was in a hurry, I just took the food and left without saying anything, but tossing food like that is really disrespectful. (The last time, a younger female staff member helped me, and there was no such problem.)
Wow. Ordered online. Came 20minutes later to pick up after I got the message it was ready. Arrived. Waited 5minutes to be served only to find out meal hasn’t even been started yet. They are never on time and very expensive.

Disgusting, this place has really gone downhill. Chicken burger was 90% bread.. stale roll, less than 100grams of chicken and the flavour was gross. $10 for a regular size hot chips which they forgot to give us. Once Upon a Time this place used to be good, it has been getting progressively worse for years and it is a brand wide problem not isolated to a particular store. Charcoal charlies is inedible now. You don't want to eat chicken from a place that takes no care with it's food... avoid at all costs
