I Always go for Cogee bowl for its portion and freshness. But the bowl i had here was low on portion as compared to i have on other CC. Taste was ok
Today I visited Charlie’s at Drummoyne, I ordered the same set menu as yesterday’s at Thornleigh. Luckily, Drummoyne store’s chicken is well cooked. Nice dine in experience here:)
All the previous one star review comments are consistent. Only went here for convenience but waste of time and money. 10+ mins for someone to take your order while 7+ people behind the counter ignoring customers. The food was bland especially for a quick dirty fix. Also the dine in area (we got takeaway) was filthy. Clearly owners / franchisor (?) has not interest. Don’t waste time and calories
Very very pleased with overall experience. I went on a quiet Tuesday evening. Very clean environment. Fresh food. Lots of open space and tables. Decent quality food. Large hefty portions. Good parking. The only critique I have is that it took staff too long to acknowledge me or say "hello, I will be with you in just a moment". They just avoided speaking to me until they were ready to serve me but I had to wait quite a bit..There was 1 person Infront of me.
