John and all workers in Chargrill Charlie’s were amazing! Unbelievable food and service
Always a pleasure coming to Chargrill Charlie’s Bondi. The team are genuinely friendly, the place has a good energy, and you can tell John is a great manager from the way the staff are smiling and keeping everything moving. The food is consistently fresh, tasty and generous, and for the quality and portion sizes the value is actually really good. The chicken, salads and sides always hit the spot, especially when you want something quick but still proper food.
The food is really good quality. Great price. No idea why the rating is so low.
The workers where wonderful and they gave me amazing customer service
Great food, but I had a very disappointing experience with the service. The staff member who served me was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. It was my first time at Charles, and I wasn’t really sure what to order. Instead of helping or explaining the menu, he just kept rushing me. When I questioned his attitude, he told me it was because they were busy. However, there were only two or three customers and around five staff members behind the counter serving alongside him.
