After numerous attempts to get invoice for load paid, we needed to go to their office twice to get officer in charge of payment of invoices to get cheque issued. Load was in Feb 13, 2026. Received payment July 21, 2026. Cost to our business to collect was over $200 including meal and Ubers. Does not include cost to get to Toronto. Load quotes do not include running around to collect overdue invoices from bad brokers.
$350 invoice: 120 days later > no payment, not answering the phones, ignoring emails. Tell all your friends, DO NOT USE.
Absolutely cheap behavior by Bev. She removed me from a load for $100 without even informing me, after my driver had already been dispatched. Please stay away from them. I’ve also heard they haven’t paid some carriers for over a year.
They do not pay their Carriers. Not been paid on my invoices for 6-7 months now. No one is replying to emails for invoices.
