The products are good, but the customer service in the store is terrible. They can leave you waiting for more than half an hour and don’t even apologize.
This is where my plumbing company buys our water softeners and carbon filters! Bryan came through with getting one together for a customer in a pinch! We super appreciate him and all his hard work! Thanks Bryan! You ROCK!!!
Shout out to Bryan at Charger!!! Beyond the BEST customer service! I was in a pinch and needed an up flow water softener and carbon filter set up VERY last minute. Bryan said he would try and then I got a call, 10:30 AM saying 'IT IS READY I CAN PICK UP"!!!! ****MY HEROS**** !!! Charger customers for life! 5 Stars just NOT enough!!
New crew out there an they are kicking buuuut. I was very pleased with the service an the knowledge. I have knot been in for at least 2 months an they head guy killed it he knew what company I work for. I was impressed.
