We had Dakota and Todd come out to our offices to educate our employees on their softeners. They were patient and very informative. They answered all of our questions with knowledge and patience. We look forward to working with them again in the future.
These people are the worst, they sold me a supposedly new water filter that doesn't work, the mixture in the tank was very bad and the water came out stinky and colored, I tried to explain the problem to them because it is still under warranty, but the this employee Josh, who responded to my complaint, was very rude, pathetic and had a bad attitude.
