We use Chargebee for our business, and right now I'm very disappointed with the customer service. In January, I asked the team to answer simply questions about their ability to support Plaid's authorization processes. Getting definitive answers from Chargebee took 74 emails. Since Chargbee wouldn't go the extra mile, and actually investigate with Plaid, I had to loop in our own Plaid account manager.
