This is a very noisy place. They have destroyed the once quiet 4th floor Devonian Gardens, removed more than 75% of the trees, turning it into a noisy ugly extension of the food court, which lacks decent choices for food outlets. They removed the north 7 Av elevator, and the remaining escalators and elevators are extremely inconvenient if not relatively inaccessible. Most of the good stores and food outlets seem to have closed or left
