I've used Chaps many times...always good, but my trips w driver Melli have been the best! He is calm and confident and makes sure my experience is perfect! Such a great person and driver.. I always request Melli now! He took me into NYC on Tuesday for a 4 hour medical appt. His support was invaluable! If you're looking for a little something extra in your Driver Mellie is your guy!!
