This company is fantastic. Extremely easy to work with and very pleasant and respectful. They were careful with my piano and were meticulous in planning and executing the safest manner of moving the piano. The owner was part of the crew and was engaging and impressive. His crew was courteous and attentive to the specifics of moving our piano and were genuinely concerned with taking proper measures to protect the piano. Chappell Hill Moving & Storage is THE BEST!! I called them on a Tuesday, and they moved us out of our house on a Friday!! Packed everything, nothing broke upon moving back in, did a wonderful and speedy job! Then they stored our stuff for months, stored it well, everything was returned in good working order. THEN they moved us back in and unpacked us last week, and the movers are friendly, helpful, efficient at unpacking and building furniture (beds/dining tables/installing a microwave). Even though our move happened a few years ago—right before Christmas Eve in 2020—I still think about how incredible this moving company was. We moved from our in-town home to a new place just outside of Brenham, and the entire experience was outstanding. The crew was polite, professional, and truly went above and beyond in every way.
