Terrible!! First off, we did not choose this company, the Buyer of our home's real estate agency did. During the process, I placed many calls to this company concerning our closing. Each time I had to leave a message and never once received a call back. Even owner, Kate Rosenthal, promised the real estate agent she would contact me & did not.
