Came and fixed my rear window for my dogs within an hour of being called, fast, efficient, obviously knows what he is doing. Professional, likable, does exactly what he says, in the time he says it will get done. Very rare to have all those skills and be on time and great communication!! Highly Recommend. Would give more stars if I could!! Call them first!!!

The work was quick and very professional. The gentleman who came out was very understanding that I had to work so couldn't come out right away. He finished in around 45 minutes. I put a 3 star because after several texts they would not give me an estimate only saying they work with my insurance. Of the places that are standard like TechnaGlass and Safelite, Chapmans was by far the most expensive. I had a windshield replaced on a 2017 Frontier and it was over $400 whereas the others were $300 or less. I guess that's why they ... read more

I called several places before deciding on Chapman. Everything was perfect despite my problems with insurance and scheduling. Fast, friendly, and overall excellent service. The windshield looks great, too!
