Last time I spoke with Serg (2 weeks ago) I was told he was sending me documents for my dad to my email that day. That never happened. I’ve tried to call repeatedly to only get transferred to voicemail and no call back. Horrible customer service
The last firm that forget to close on your house because they would rather go on vacation and close it late and then you endure another payment with your mortgage and then they turn around and say that in their closing documents that “you’ve told us you want to discharge your mortgage on the settlement date of Aug.22.25” whicn was NEVER SAID … the closing date on the house was Aug.1st. Yet the new home owners got the keys, the relator got her money, and I’m here waiting like an idiot to close on the house for Aug. 1st … mean... read more
