They're a parasite on hard working people trying to eek through life. Fu***** cun**.
If there was a zero star option, I'd give it to them. They are the only place I've ever called that refused to take a payment from me. They wanted the full amount or nothing. Later I called and left multiple voicemails as well as another person called to try and get a hold of them. They just like to garnish wages, AND they will take more than you owe if you don't pay attention. I'm sorry for anyone who has to deal with them.
FRAUD ALERT!! These guys send out phony collection notices and try to con people into paying. DO NOT GIVE THEM any personal info my friend got a fake collection notice through this fake collection notice for a hospital bill which he has never visited. Called the hospital and they confirmed the same thing... and said these guys have con some of their patients already by calling them and threatening court. IF you are near these con artist... drop of a bag of crap at their office
