These people are complete losers. My daughter set up a payment plan with this pathetic company. They spam called her for two weeks, calling her, her work, her family. She finally got freaked out even though her payments were going through just fine. She called them back and they demanded that she pay higher payments and told her they would not accept the payment plan in place that she and Chapman agreed to prior anymore. Unethical business that conducts nefarious practices, and harassment, to course lower and middle class citizens in to paying bills. God will judge all involved according.
These guys hold medical bills from when I had medical but for some reason they still hold the bill. We are working on paying it off. But I don't trust them as far as I can throw them cause they have screwed us over before. They are also SO RUDE, and you tell someone one thing and they note the account another. 0 stars! 1st off. I have currently paid 27k to this agency. I have kept paying on these even when I couldn't even afford to eat. I still owe 10k. I recently wrote them a later telling them that my several hundred dollar amount was unbearable now that I am a student. I happened to break my back as well as had hip surgery ironically between having health insurance. And yes, I know that is my fault.
