Spoke with Sabrina, an agent at Chapman FS. It's clear that Chapman FS takes the clients' privacy and security seriously because Sabrina was hesitant to disclose that she needed to speak with my husband. After going to the proper verification steps, she was open to speaking with me, the wife of the patient. I spent 5 nights in Kootenai Behavioral health hospital because I was SUICIDAL and now I have this pathetic agency harassing me to pay $20,000 for it. Calling my Dad when he’s at work, leaving me countless voicemails. Leave me and my family alone. You people are heartless and evil
These people are complete losers. My daughter set up a payment plan with this pathetic company. They spam called her for two weeks, calling her, her work, her family. She finally got freaked out even though her payments were going through just fine. She called them back and they demanded that she pay higher payments and told her they would not accept the payment plan in place that she and Chapman agreed to prior anymore.
