I made a appointment 1week in advance and I get there. The guy tells me oh you have to leave your car here and call Lyft. What the front desk lady should of said the very first time while I was making my appointment. Was “oh hey” Just a heads up you may have to drop the car off for a day or two. Like wtf! I made a appt at 7am.... the service consultant Brian Lamer is the name. Champman is not Helpful.
