I’ve been to Chapman & Dow twice now. First for a Personalized Homebody Facial with Kristen, then I saw Sam for a botox consult and injection. Both ladies are lovely and make you feel welcome and at home in their clinic. For my appointment with Sam I was a bit nervous, but she answered all my questions with ease making the whole process very smooth. I would highly recommend going to Chapman & Dow for any skincare concerns or treatment. I know I’ll be back again soon!
If you are considering any aesthetic treatments I highly recommend Sam. I had some concerns and drawbacks but booked a consultation with Sam to ask her what it was about. Her professionalism, knowledge and dedication filled me with confidence, and I record treatment with her the same day. She booked me in for a two week follow up appointment to ensure I was happy with my results, and I appreciate the follow through. I had a wonderful experience with her and I am thankful to have her as an RN injector in our little town!
