Quality and time of construction is good if not great but safety is pathetic, I think Chapman's has terrible communication with control of traffic, multiple times I've been told to go (by hand signals rather than flipping the sign) and ended up going into oncoming traffic hauling 14 ton of grain. Maybe hire people that aren't stoned all day 🤷
Huge shoutout to Chapman bros construction for the job they are doing on the wellington area highway paving. They have been quick and efficient and are just about done. It is the smoothest new asphalt with no dips or bumps. I travel that stretch 4-6 times a day and appreciate the coordination and good work they are doing. They deserve recognition
