We are expecting our first child and just visited Chapin Baby. If you live in Western Massachusetts and are looking for an amazing family business to support, this is the one. Wonderful selection and top-notch customer service. They managed to turn what initially felt like an overwhelming chore into an enjoyable experience. 10/10
Great experiences here buying a baby stroller and nursery chair. Friendly family owners that give no stress or pressure, and are super helpful. We’ve also purchased from their lighting store on the first floor. Will continue to shop here.
